Refund Policy

1. Return/Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your crystal product purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the crystal product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Damaged or used products will not be accepted for refund.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via email ( sales@aeorarocks.in) or phone( +91 98202 90144) and provide your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Buyer has to bear Shipping as actual. Restocking fees of INR 50 may apply.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

5. Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. However, if the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Refundable Products:
Custom-made or personalized crystal products are non-refundable.
